Unique Nepal Laghubitta Proposes Dividend for FY 2079/80; How Much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

 Unique Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (UNLB) has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

The 79th meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Bhadra 30 decided to distribute a 1% cash dividend and a 19% bonus share from the paid-up capital. The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 14.85 Crores. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank.

As of writing, UNLB has an LTP of Rs. 1,055.
