The name change of the organization formed after the merger of Global IME and BOK after the disagreement of Rashtra Bank

Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has given final approval to the merger between Global IME and Bank of Kathmandu (BOK).
Before giving the final approval, the National Bank had instructed to keep the word 'Bank' in the name of the integrated institution. However, the Annual General Meeting of both the banks held on 23rd of November passed a resolution to name the integrated organization after the merger as 'Global IME BOK Limited


काठमाण्डौ । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले ग्लोबल आईएमई र बैंक अफ काठमाण्डू (बीओके)बीचको मर्जरलाई अन्तिम स्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको छ।

अन्तिम स्वीकृति दिनुअघि राष्ट्र बैंकले एकीकृत संस्थाको नाममा ‘बैंक’ शब्द राख्न निर्देशन दिएको थियो । तर, मङ्सिर २३ गते बसेको दुवै बैंकको वार्षिक साधारणसभाले मर्जरपछि बन्ने एकीकृत संस्थाको नाम ‘ग्लोबल आइएमई बीओके लिमिटेड’ राख्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरेको थियो ।
