Siddhartha Bank (SBL) Proposes 4.21% Cash Dividend For FY 2079/80 Dividend, Bonus & Rights

 Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has proposed a 4.21% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

The bank's 418th meeting of the board held on 24th Ashwin 2080, has proposed the cash dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.08 Arba. A 4.21% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 59.31 crores has been proposed.

This decision is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company.
