Sanima Mai Hydropower Limited is going to give 10.5263 percent dividend to the shareholders.(सानिमामाई हाइड्रोपावरले १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर दिने )

 The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Monday, 15 October proposed the dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the financial year 2079/80.The company is currently paying 10 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.The company has also called the general meeting to pass the proposed dividend. 

The company has convened the 12th Annual General Meeting on 23 October to pass the proposed dividend.To participate in the general meeting of the company and for the dividend, the shareholder registration book will be closed on October 24. According to which, the permanent shareholders will receive dividends until 23 October and can participate in the general meeting.

The company has said that it will invest up to one billion 500 million in the shares of Sanima Zoom Hydropower, the promoter company of the 56 megawatt capacity Zoom Khola hydropower project. The proposal to enter into an agreement between the promoter company and the related parties for the said investment will be taken to the general meeting.

Regarding the provision of institutional guarantee within the limits prescribed by the prevailing law for the purpose of bank loan of Jum Khola hydropower project, the company said that the proposal of approval of the general meeting will also be taken to the general meeting.
