Telecom postpaid customers can activate international roaming service online or through USSD code

 Roaming service can now be activated online and via USSD code on postpaid mobiles of Nepal Telecom. Earlier, this facility was available only on prepaid mobiles.

Customers can avail international roaming service by dialing *1415*7# from their mobile as per the instructions received. Along with this, postpaid users are no longer required to go to the company's counter to get roaming services.

The customer who is abroad can activate the service by sending a scanned copy of the identity card issued by the Government of Nepal to the email roaming.support@ntc.net.np and the scanned copy of the form received from the same email.

It is said that to start this service, at least 5000 rupees advance credit limit should be accumulated.
