When is the IPO of NIC Asia Microfinance being held?

 Kathmandu: The IPO of NIC Asia Microfinance Institution is being prepared for distribution on Sunday (July 7). According to Rashmi Rijal, head of merchant banking at Sanima Capital, the sales manager, the distribution is being prepared on Sunday. However, the final decision is yet to be made, she told Nepali Paisa. Pre-allotment work has been completed on Thursday. Now the distribution will be done with the permission of the regulator. He said that if all the work is done as per the current preparations, distribution will take place on Sunday. It is seen that everyone will get at least 10 lots of this share. The company has opened 47.55 million IPO lots worth Rs. Out of the total issue, 0.5 percent or 74,000 shares have been reserved for the employees and 5 percent or 237,800 shares have been distributed for the collective investment fund.
The remaining 44.43 million shares have been opened for sale to the public. Of which, 5.19 times more applications were received for 23 million 390 lots. According to Sanima Capital, the applications of 397,741 people have been validated.

This is by far the largest IPO in the microfinance sector. So far, no microfinance company has issued an IPO worth so much. Care Rating Nepal has given a below average grade 4 plus rating to this microfinance IPO. At present, the paid up capital of this organization is Rs. 1.45 billion. As of the third quarter of the current fiscal year, it has earned a profit of Rs. 122.784 million.
